Homeowners can benefit greatly from choosing to obtain a home improvement loan using the equity in their current home as an quality to secure the loan. As a way to obtain funds that might be tax deductible for home improvements or a complete remodel, choosing to use a home improvement loan to acquire the necessary funds for home fixes and renovations is a smart financial choice. As an additional benefit, because most home improvement loans are secured with your current home, you do not have to have great credit to be approved by a lender. Of course, unsecured home improvement loans are also available; however, because these loans are not secured by your home, homeowners with poor credit might have more difficulty limiting for approval.

The purpose of a home improvement loan is to wage funding for the completion of home repairs, improvements to your home’s functionality, improvements to your home’s energy efficiency, home improvement projects that will update your home and increase the value, or a complete remodel of an existing residential structure.

Some homeowners select to use home improvement loan funds to complete projects on their own, while others opt for working with a contractor, particularly for larger home improvement projects. Lenders that wage home improvement loans generally do not restrict how the funds can be used, other than requiring that they must be used for home improvement projects, which provides a great deal of flexibility for the homeowner to select which projects to complete on a self-directed timeline.

In most cases, a homeowner’s most valuable quality is their home. Homeownership is an important part of building individualized wealth and is generally where the bulk of an individual’s or couple’s wealth lies. Therefore, responsibly using the wealth you have built through the equity you have in your home is crucial to your financial success and continuing to solidify your financial foundation. Obtaining a home improvement loan to complete home fixes or undertake projects that will increase the value of your home is a solid investment that can increase your financial stability by enhancing the value of your primary asset.

Applying for a home improvement loan is a easy process that begins with obtaining a free, no obligation quote online. Obtaining a free quote grants you to determine how much you are eligible to borrow and how much you can afford to borrow prior to obligating yourself to a contract with a lender and beginning your home improvements.

A color wheel is an nonfigurative organization of hues around a circle, showing relationships between colors considered to be primary, secondary, tertiary colors. You want harmony with your schemes. Harmony can be defined as a amusing arrangement of parts. Color harmony is amusing to the eye and can create a equilibrise of visual experience. If it is not harmonious it could be boring or to wild to look at and you being satisfied with in your end result. Color harmony has visual interest and order. One thing that is important when you are choosing you paint colors is to determine what the room will be used for. That stated if it is a room you will be only using off and on during the day you could be a tiny more daring and select colors with less harmony if it pleases you.

When you are choosing colors for a living room or kitchen I would state to still to colors with harmony. Color is the quickest and most affordable way to create a completely new look in your home. Using bright colors in a room can be very stimulating while whites and beige can be very calming and relaxing. Personally I love bright colors and I have been known to go against the color wheel and be bold. I guess this a lot about my personality but if you have a hard time choosing colors you might want to stick to the color wheel because it will not lead you wrong.

When choosing colors for your trim I select to stay with a trim white but you can also go two or three shade tiny than your surround paint. Crown molding really makes your room. Install crown molding and learn how to make the cuts and install it yourself. I have also started using colors in my rooms for the ceilings that are two or three shades lighter than my walls. This really works well for the higher ceiling because it adds warmth to the room. The three different colors on the color wheel are listed below. Select your colors wisely as not to have to do more than once. Cheap home decorating ideas are good but you do not want to be doing it over. Colors on opposite sides of the color wheel go together in harmony.

In color theory, these are the 3 pigment colors that can not be blended by any combination of the other colors. Different colors are derived from these 3 hues:

PRIMARY COLORS Red, yellow and blue
SECONDARY COLORS Green, orange and purple are colors formed by mixing the primary colors.
TERTIARY COLORS Yellow-orange, red-orange, red-purple, blue-purple, blue-green and yellow-green.

The three main reasons to comprehend the color wheel are:

1. To have colors that are amusing to the eye.

2. You do not want to be doing your paint job over to swiftly and with paint being the cheapest way to spruce up a room your time and fag are worth something.

3. Understanding the color wheel will help you get paint harmony in your home and make it a amusing place to call home, and having someplace to call your special retreat at the end of the day can change your hole attitude.

When it comes to wooden furniture, most people just classify them as hardwood furniture, or softwood furniture. Easy classifications do help to make buying decisions easier. However, in reality, even when wood belongs to the same category, they can have rather different characteristics.

For example, not all hardwood is suitable for the outdoors. That is because outdoor furniture has to be exposed to external elements such as weather, moisture, insects, weeds, etc. Furniture gets dilapidated very easily when left outdoors for prolonged periods of time.

Therefore, if you are considering buying furniture for the outdoors, you have to be extra careful about the raw materials that is used to create the furniture. Some homeowners might just jump to conclusion and write off wooden furniture, thinking that they might rot when left outdoors. Others might think that steel furniture sounds like a superior option.

In general, if you purchase furniture that is made from some kind of stainless steel, it’s a relatively innocuous choice. However, steel is still subject to rust and oxidation, which dulls the shiny appearance of the surface. Furthermore, steel can never achieve the same aesthetic effects of wood.

If you still like wooden furniture, you might be comforted in knowing that there are certain types of wood that is suitable for the outdoors. Teak is one such example.

Unlike other types of timber, teak has got some one-of-a-kind characteristics, that might it extremely durable. In fact, teak is renowned for it’s assist of maintenance and durability. The wood contains high levels of resinous oils, which helps to keep out moisture, insects, and plant growth. You might be surprised to find that teak won’t rot even when left in the outdoors.

Teak does not grow in rain forests. It is a deciduous plant that grows in hilly areas. It is mostly found in South East Asia. But the highest calibre teak comes from Indonesia. These are not carelessly harvested raw materials. The teak actually comes from specialized tree farms.

If you are looking for high calibre teak furniture, be prepared to pay a premium price for the furniture. That is mainly because it takes several decades for teak trees to become mature. To get a superior price for the furniture, you might wish to think about buying teak furniture at wholesale prices. The more you buy, the more discount you can ask for.

One would anticipate a wood that is as durable as teak to be hard to work with. Fortunately, that is not true at all. Many expert craftsmen find teak to be an simple wood to work with. In general, most teak are straight grained. You do occasionally find wavy grained teak though. For this reason, teak is a very favourite material that is used to build decks, cabinets, etc. You even find it in costly boats!

Teak Furniture – Best For Outdoors

Some Florida residents practically do away with carpeting altogether, but for those of us in West Palm Beach that love our carpets, we often have to deal with a few problems that our non-carpeted friends don’t – stains, spots, and tough dirt.

Obviously, the ideal solution to these problems is a good, old-fashioned professional cleaning. But even when you opt for a professional to take over the job, the truth is you aren’t going to have a professional always at your beck and call 24/7. For some of the more unlucky among us, a nasty stain or a tough spot can happen only days or even hours after the pro has just packed up his equipment. (It’s not as if you can select when you’re going to stain your carpet.)

So, even if you do take care of your rugs with regular cleanings, there are going to be times when you need to do a tiny individualized cleaning for yourself until the next time you can get a pro in to do the job.

Below or are several carpet cleaning tips that might do the trick for you in a pinch.

Tip #1 – Your First Move
The first thing you might want to try is vacuuming the spot with a shop-vac. You will want to be careful about vacuuming with a regular vacuum because you might do more harm than good. The reason for this is you don’t want to rub the offending material into the carpet. And if you have a less-than-powerful vacuum, this might be what you end up doing if you run the vacuum over the spot again and again.

With a wet/dry shop-vac, however, you can place the nozzle of the hose directly down onto the spot and potentially suck the liquid or material straight up out of the carpet.

However, if you don’t have a wet/dry vacuum handy, the first thing you’re going to want to do is blot area with a clean towel or paper towel. Be careful not to “wipe” it or soak it. If you wipe it, you might just be rubbing it in. If you soak it, you might just be spreading the stain and driving it deeper.

Tip #2 – Cleaning Juice Stains from Your Carpet
If the stain is a juice stain (that includes wine, of course), then try the following formula:

Mix ammonia or lukewarm water with laundry detergent
Blot the affected area with the solution
Put some club soda on a sponge and blot the area agin
Blot the area once more with your original ammonia/water and detergent solution
Cover with a paper towel until dry
When the area is dry, brush it to loosen the dried particles of the stain and then vacuum

Tip #3 – Cleaning Grease Stains from Your Carpet (Also for Ink Stains)
If the stain is a grease stain, then try the following (blotting from the edges of your stain in towards the center):

Blot the area with dry-cleaning fluid (not much, just a little)
Blot acquire with warm water and dish soap
Cover with a paper towel until dry
When the area is dry, brush it to loosen the dried particles of the stain and then vacuum

Tip #4 – Cleaning Dairy Product Stains from Your Carpet

Blot the stain with ammonia
Use a sponge to blot the stain again with warm water
Mix white vinegar and warm water together and blot the area with this solution
Cover with a paper towel until dry
When the area is dry, brush it to loosen the dried particles of the stain and then vacuum

Home Improvement projects are widely favourite credited to the growth of television series and designer shows. While smaller projects top the list of frequency, such as painting and decorating, all home improvement projects can add up quickly. The savvy shopper will not only shop around for the ideal deal on fabric, but on home improvement loans as well. There are many reasons why people go for home improvement loans, and just as many ways in which to do so. Common borrowing purposes can basically be divided into two categories. The first would cover things such as buying clothes and other buys on credit cards, using store credit, and taking advantage of purchase now pay later or other store financing offers, or perhaps borrowing to pay for a holiday.

The many toget Home Improvement loans are as follows:

1. Personal Loans: Most home owners meet their home improvement loans stipulation for home improvement through individualized loans. This can save thousands in interest payments. Though mostly widely preferred, the interest rates are subject to market conditions.

2. Secured loan: Secured loan or mortgage can be taken out as secured loans against the equity in your property. This will enable you to take out a more substantial home improvement loans than you would get with an unsecured loan, and you can also enjoy lower monthly repayments and superior interest rates.

3. Dealer financing: Whether you want to get central heating fitted or have all the doors replaced, or whether you want to redecorate throughout, have a new kitchen or bathroom, or any other type of home improvement, the dealer from who you purchase the goods will finance you with home improvement loans and you repay the principle inclusive of a high rate of interest.

4. Home Improvement Mortgage Refinance: Many homeowners are refinancing to lock in captivating long term fixed interest rates, and thereby using the extra money to pay for remodeling projects. With this type of home improvement loan, you can schedule repayment for 20 or 30 years into the future, and the interest is tax deductible. However, one drawback is that because you’ll be repaying the money slowly the accumulated interest can be quite significant.

5. Home Equity Loans: A Home Equity Loan grants you to borrow against the value of your home and is also one of the smartest ways to finance home improvements. Even though one major drawback is that if you default on your payment, you run the risk of losing your home, so paying these loans back in a responsible manner is an absolute must.

6. Bank Loans: Regular Consumer Bank Loans come in handy as home improvement loans, especially for those home owners who need to borrow relatively small amounts of money without much paperwork or delay. These loans usually need to be paid back within a few years, rather than a few decades.

7. Low interest fixed rate loans: Homeowners, including those who have tiny or no equity in their property, might be eligible for a low interest fixed rate home improvement loan to fund repairs. Which ever way you might select to meet your home improvement loan it should suit you’re your budget and timeline. Look for monthly payments that you can easily manage, and an interest rate and schedule of repayment that meets both your short and long term goals.

Modern kitchens might be efficiently kitted out and look seamlessly well designed with nice materials fixtures and finishes – but demand any personality, and thus don’t fulfill their new role as the epicenter of socialising in the home.

Whatever the style – Gothic, Punk, Eclectic, 50′s American retro, Victoriana or Bauhaus - design influences of the current and more distant past are the eventual source for inspiration in giving your home and kitchen design that memorable touch, whether you are refitting or accessorising.

I recently visited a successful designer friend’s home recently, who has a very impressive kitchen extension on an equally impressive 19th century house.

It wasn’t the scale and the impressive skylights that gave made the space memorable and individual, but the clever selected touches from the past both classic and quirky; the 1970s ceiling light tracking system, the 1960s influenced furniture, the 1800′s kitchen enamel pots, and the 1980′s surround graphics.

Here are six tips to help you give you a flavour of the possibilities to achieve your own equally individual, memorable look and feel.

Make your walls talk.

Wall graphics are the easiest way to bring life to and unify a space, especially if you have massive white or light coloured surround areas. It is good to move and re hang the photos each so often to re energise the space.

Image content can enhance your design theme, a modern kitchen can have nonfigurative paintings a traditional one antique food engravings or maps, or be in direct contrast – gothic frames and imagery can look good in a slick white environment. It is always ideal to get original content by artist where doable or print it out and frame it yourself.

Victorian secrets.

The Victorian era is one of my favourite periods, where decorative influences came from far and wide, Chinese willow pattern plates and prints, Middle Eastern rugs, glam lamps and chandeliers -a great source for your inspiration and also the unexpected. Combine the decadent with the functional.

The Appliance of Science.

Retro design influenced kitchen appliances -from American style fridge freezers to the humble toaster are now huge business, as tastes becomes more eclectic.

Kitchen ware product design and gadgetry has become as sophisticated as automobile design and similarly uses upgraded and hybrid versions of retro forms and styles.

The use of colour and materials are constantly being reinvented and becoming ever more exciting, with Scandinavian designers taking over from the Italian classics of yesteryear.

- so it’s worth investing some time, effort in getting the look of your appliances right.

Illuminate your approach.

Kitchen are leaving behind the old look of fixed ceiling mounted spotlights. Candelabras, hanging lights, lamp shades are all making a comeback, and all add theatre and flexibility to the lighting mood and level of the space.

At the other extreme, a custom built neon sign, hand made to suit -whether a word or motif – can add real excitement and expression to a room.

Ideas in store.

Original old enamel storage bins, old branded tins, sweet jars and anything glass are all great touches to add to your work surface of shelves. Good flea markets are full of interesting branded ephemera.

Time to make a statement.

No self respecting kitchen should be without a good surround clock, as mobile phones have replaced the need for clocks in public places, they are becoming ever more a rarity.

You can either make it a focal statement or use one to enliven a ‘quiet area’ we have an old railway station clock in our utility room.

My favourite though, is the cuckoo clock, you can either get an Alpine original or one of the mythologic new versions now on the market.

So remember to refrain the overly bespoke look and discover your design passions from the past.

Putting your personality into your home is the ideal way to make it a home. Whether you’re using your own muse or someone else’s place yourself into everything you create at home for a resting life experience.

One of the first things I realized about home decorating-after my three thousand or so attempts at making my place look like all the photos from the magazines-is that home decorating should reflect your individualized style. Your home should reflect who you are and what you love.

Of course, I’m not saying that this revelation made me prance around my home with two cans of pink and yellow paint or that I plastered bunnies and butterflies everywhere-and yes, I do actually love pink, yellow, bunnies and butterflies-but I did place a tiny bit of myself into each room.

I got a certain sense of individualized satisfaction from painting my unsightly orange countertops a vibrant country red that matched my lust for life and the décor I actually wanted to toss around my kitchen. And my own individualized works of art-paintings, photographs, sculptures-are set up around my place as well, giving it just that look of being lived in by somebody who adores and experiences life.

Of course, I recognize that we can’t all spend our evenings splashing around in water colors, or spend our weekends chasing a gaggle of baby quails about the yard trying to take their pictures.

That’s why there are professional designers out there who dedicate their lives to creating home décor that other people can use to express themselves and their individuality. And it’s okay to purchase your curtains and blankets if you don’t know how to sew-crafty as I am, I still bought all my curtains and most of my blankets.

Of the things I love most in my home, my furniture doesn’t even come close to counting. It’s the accessories in my home that make it look like I personally live there and that no one else can shake my individuality.

One of my favorite items is a cotton area rug I recently bought on a trip to the Deep South. This area rug was handmade in mills in the Deep South, where the cotton was picked fresh, milled in a southern mill, cleaned, spun and woven all by the same family of rug makers. When the bed is too hot at night, I frequently sleep on this rug and it makes me feel like I’m back in the Deep South all over again.

I realize that area rugs are not for everyone, but it can be an excellent place to begin in learning to develop a personality for your home that meshes with your own personality rather than clashing and making you feel uncomfortable in your own home.

Different types of accessories are truly the way to bring out your personality in your home. Whether it is an area rug, artwork, photographs, drapery, throw pillows or knick knacks that represent different moments in your life, you can always find a way to make yourself feel at home if you just place a tiny bit of yourself into your own home.

Teak is a very valuable type of wood because of its one-of-a-kind properties. Furniture manufacturers like to use teak to create all sorts of beautiful looking furniture. The wood itself is very durable and can be used both indoors and outdoors. You might be surprised to learn that teak can be used outdoors. That’s due to its special properties. Here are some factors to think about before buying teak furniture.

Factor 1: Durability of the furniture.

As mentioned, you can anticipate teak to be very durable. In fact, it is so durable that it has been known to last for decades. Usually, wood tend to rot after a few years when exposed to the environment. Nearly anything can cause alteration to the interiors of the material – insects, plant growth, moisture, or dirt and grime.

For most modern furniture pieces, the wood is fortified by a layer of sealer. Still, this is not the saint condition because the sealer can wear off. Teak, on the other hand, has its own conserving layer of resinous oils. The oils protect the wood from all kinds of intrusions by external elements and help to protect the insides of the wood. Hence, teak furniture can last for many years.

Factor 2: Appearance of the furniture.

When buying furniture, you want your furnishing to fit into the existing design of your home. Teak looks strong and stable and can fit into nearly any contemporary or traditional designs. This material is also saint if you are aiming for timeless look. As teak is meant to last for years, you want a design that has longevity. In other words, you want an overall look that can last for many years.

You can think about placing teak furniture both in the indoors or the outdoors. There are many different types of furniture that you can select from. For instance, the Tanzania Table is saint as a dining table. The Prada Stool is saint as a shoe rack. And the Marseille Small Table is perfect as a coffee plateau or a side table. If you are looking for garden furniture, there is a range of tables, chairs and benches that you can select from. You have the Helsinki bench, the Sacramento bench, the Port Smuth bench (curved bench that looks very unique) and so on.

Factor 3: Complete set of separate items?

When buying teak furnishing, you can select either to purchase a complete set or a set of furniture with separate furnishing. Separate furnishing means that you are trying to mix and match. For instance, you have your eyes set of a dining plateau and you want to find matching chairs. This arrangement is saint if you have specific individual preferences.

If you can’t seem to make up your mind, or if you don’t have anything specific in mind, you can always select to purchase a complete set of teak furniture. A complete set comes with a table, and 3 to 6 chairs. Depending on your own needs, you might select a set that is most appropriate.

Factor 4: Pricing of the furniture.

Finally, there is always the issue of price. But price is not everything. Keep in mind that teak is an extremely precious wood. Therefore, anticipate the pricing to be a tiny higher than what most furniture pieces would cost. However, in exchange for the higher price, you get to enjoy good looking and durable furnishing.

              History

The Georgia Cyclone, opened in 1990.

After the success of his original Six Flags park in Arlington, Texas, park founder Angus Wynne began searching for a location for a second park. He settled upon a parcel of land located along the Chattahoochee River just west of the city of Atlanta, and design work started in 1964. When the park opened in 1967, Six Flags became the first ‘multi-gate’ theme park operator in the United States. Before this time, many parks shared common favourite names, like Coney Island or Luna Park, but these parks (save the Luna Parks built and managed by Frederick Ingersoll) shared nothing more than the name. In the case of Six Flags, both parks reported to the same parent company.

Like its sister park in Texas and others, the initial design and theming of Six Flags Over Georgia was inspired by six different flags that have flown over the say (or, perhaps more accurately, the lands that are now part of it) during its history. The six flags in question are those of Spain, France, United Kingdom, the United Says of America, the Confederate Says of USA and the say of Georgia. It can be argued that France’s involvement in Georgia’s history was very limited, at best; it can be further argued that Georgia was never a sovereign nation, as Texas once was. However, with some poetic license, the intent of the study can be considered valid. Over the years most of the original historical themes have been dropped in favor of cartoon and superhero themes.

The park is not owned by the Six Flags Theme Parks corporation. In an arrangement similar to that for Six Flags Over Texas, it is owned by a group of approximately 120 limited partnersome the heirs of Angus G. Wynnnd is managed by the corporation. In years past, this has caused significant friction, including legal action. Starting in 1991, the park was managed by Time Warner Entertainment. The partners sued Time Warner in 1997, claiming that they had neglected to invest in the park and overcharged the partners for the improvements it did receive. A Gwinnett County civil court jury concurred and awarded the partners restitution in excess of US0 million. In 1998, Time Warner sold its interests in the Six Flags parks to Premier Parks of Oklahoma City, which later changed its study to Six Flags Theme Parks, Inc.

Rides and attractions

The Georgia Scorcher.

Six Flags Over Georgia, like most amusement parks, prides itself on its roller coaster collection. With the arrival of Goliath on April 1, 2006, it became only the third amusement park (after Six Flags Great USA and Six Flags Great Adventure) to operate four coasters from the design firm Bolliger & Mabillard. Six Flags Magic Mountain became the fourth park to do so when it opened Tatsu five weeks later.

Aside from the roller coasters, Six Flags Over Georgia maintains a massive number of other rides and attractions. Two attractions of note are Acrophobia, installed in 2001 as the world’s first “floorless” freefall tower ride, and the Riverview Carousel, one of only three remaining five-abreast carousels known to exist and a member of the National Register of Historic Places.

Apartment Decorating

In today’s economy everybody is spending less, but wanting more. So how can you get your apartment to have that “Designer look” for less?

First, DIY or Do it yourself. You can save tons of money with your home decorating projects if you can do it yourself. Visit your local book stores or library and you’ll see hundreds of books on home decorating ideas and do-it-yourself projects.

Start collecting design magazines and clip out the photos of rooms you like. Study your pictures, notice the different architectural features like windows, fireplaces, recessed ceilings and decorative crown mouldings in the space.

Also note the different furniture styles used within the space, window treatments, upholstery fabrics and floor selections. Study the lighting that was selected, rugs and home décor accessories. Ask yourself, what did you like most or least about these?

Keep a decorating file on hand to inspire and delight your creative senses. Take the photos with you when you go shopping to keep you on track with the style you are searching for.

Take a trip to your local Lowe’s and Home Depot stores to see all the DIY books and magazines they carry to help you get started. They also have special classes to instruct you how. DIY doesn’t sound so scary now, right?

Second, begin with one room and third, stick to your budget. Sounds easy? Well, in fact it’s easier than you think. I think what really hangs people up is that they are overwhelmed by the magnitude of the project. That’s why I state begin with one room. It’ll be much easier on the budget.

Did I state “budget”. Don’t fret. It’s not such a dirty word. And in this tough economy, even the rich have a budget. You can decorate these days on a very tight budget. It’s just learning how to be smart and creative.

(I would like to inject at this point that if you are considering on hiring the help of an expert instead of doing it yourself, make sure to ask the expert for referrals of customers they have helped in the past. Hire only reliable, reputable contractors and ones that guarantee their work. Get a contract in writing. I am not responsible for who you hire. Do your homework!)

However, if you are going to do this yourself, and YES YOU CAN, you will need to evaluate your budget, which will be determined by if you are doing the whole apartment, or room by room.

Other factors to think about to stay within your budget are the size of the room, the design theme or style you want to achieve, what needs to be replaced or repaired, and furniture, fixtures or accessories you will need to purchase.

Apartment decorating is fun and exciting. You can make any home spectacular, inviting and comfortable, no matter what the size. So let’s get started. First, examine the room you will decorate and determine what it is that you like and don’t like about the space.

Now think about your individualized style you would like to achieve in the space. If you’re not sure what your individualized decorating style is, shop a few furniture stores and designer showcases in your area. You will get lots of home decorating ideas this way.

They group comfortable settings together called “vignettes”, pronounced “vin-yets” in different styles. This will help you determine the styles you like and don’t like. You’ll begin to affirm what strongly appeals to you and what doesn’t. And what you would like to incorporate into your own space.

Now, ask yourself these questions:

What do I feel most comfortable in? Do I like formal or informal? Casual or elegance? Traditional or contemporary? Your individualized style is an expression of who you are, what you like, your tastes, your moods, your life experiences, travel, education and so forth. It shows YOU, by way of color, texture and style, just by what we display in our spaces.

Color is another bourgeois to think about in your design theme. You’ll want to pay close attention to what colors excite you and make you comfortable, happy, or even sad. Are you drawn toward warm colors like reds and yellows? Or cool colors, like blues and greens?

Besides the furniture stores, you can also get great home decorating ideas by surfing the Internet. With just a easy click of your mouse the world of decorating is opened up to you. You can get decorating ideas, hire experts, get DIY project ideas and buy the products you want, all through the astonishing world of online technology.

You’ll be simply astonished at the many online stores that cater to your budget. From flooring, walls and windows, to window treatments, furniture and accessories, you’ll get tons of great ideas, as well as great prices you can afford, to begin your journey on your apartment decorating.

Cost Slicing Ideas

To get the ideal deals and stay within your budget, shop these places:

Craig’s List, Ebay, Amazon, Overstock, Second-hand stores, consignment shops, garage sales, flea markets, auctions, friends that throw stuff out, garbage bins (yes, it’s astonishing the “new” stuff that is thrown out each day!)
